During the public beta every enquiry still goes to the NewProperties desk; you receive a copy once you are verified and your sales contact is confirmed.
Launch window: standard listings are free for verified developers. Featured and Spotlight packages remain available. Discount codes can be issued from the admin desk.
1. Register
Create an account, then submit a CIPC enterprise number and NHBRC home-builder number.
2. Automated checks
We validate number format, reject duplicates and probe your website. A matching sales-email domain verifies you on the spot; otherwise an administrator finishes live CIPC / NHBRC confirmation.
3. Publish & promote
Add developments, construction progress, then optionally buy Featured or Spotlight.
